It’s a bear-pit, it’s disgusting and I hate it…

Wordsworth in Tintern Abbey spoke of, “that best portion of a good man’s life, his little, nameless, unremembered, acts of kindness and of love.” And there are lots of things in popular culture that fall short of that, but I think that it’s the Jeremy Kyle Show that is most strenuously trying to pull us away from it.
